Participant must tell judge which question they would like to answer based on point value – 100 or 200 points. \n\n\n\nJudge reads selected questions to competitor. \n\n\n\nParticipant then attempts to answer the question they selected from each of the 3 cards. \n\n\n\nFor each question they answer correctly\, they receive the number of points associated with that question. \n\n\n\nIf they answer incorrectly\, they receive no points for that question. \n\n\n\nThe highest point value once all participants have completed the game\, wins. \n\n\n\n\nTie Breaker: Live round of maintenance trivia. Points will be awarded for correct answers in the fastest amount of time. A  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlunger Launch Sponsored by Excel Construction Group – Aim\, toss\, and score big in this crowd-favorite target challenge using—you guessed it—plungers. \n\n\n\nGOAL OF GAME:  \n\n\n\nToss plungers and land them in a target made of buckets.  \n\n\n\n\nParticipant takes place behind line/at designated mark\, grabs a plunger and tosses it underhand\, attempting to land it in one of the buckets. \n\n\n\nVarying point values are awarded based on the result of the toss: \n\n0 Points: Plunger does not land in any bucket \n\n\n\n1 Point: Plunger lands in bucket in back row \n\n\n\n3 Points: Plunger lands in bucket in middle \n\n\n\n5 Points: Plunger lands in the bucket at the top/far point of the triangle \n\n\n\n\n\nParticipant repeats process 2 more times (total of 3 throws) gathering as many points as possible. \n\n\n\nThe highest point value once all participants have completed the game\, wins. \n\n\n\n\nTie Breaker: All tied participants will reset and repeat the instructions of the game. This will continue until a winner is determined.  \n\n\n\nMaintenance Games are Meant for Maintenance Professionals Only  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMaintenance Derby Sponsored by LSR Multifamily  – Use spare maintenance parts to build your very own race car and compete in a head-to-head tournament for the title. \n\n\n\nMAINTENANCE DERBY \n\n\n\nOfficial Event Rules \n\n\n\n\nThe Maintenance Derby will follow a single-elimination tournament format.\n\n\n\nEach participant will race their car twice per matchup—once in each of the two designated lanes. Lane positions will be swapped after the first race.\n\n\n\nThe winner of each bracket will be the first participant to win two races. If each contestant wins one race\, a third and final race will serve as the tiebreaker. No timers will be used; winners will be determined by visual judgment at the finish line.\n\n\n\nThe tournament will continue until a single contestant remains. That individual will be declared the official Maintenance Derby Champion.\n\n\n\n\nCar Requirements \n\n\n\n\nEach competitor must build his or her own race car.\n\n\n\nAll cars must conform to the following specifications:Length – maximum 18″. Cars cannot extend beyond\, over\, or above the start gate pin (pin is 1-1/2″ high).
